At the above time I will post a link on the HOME page to the online form. Simply fill out and submit. You will have 30 minutes (9:00-9:30pm) to fill out and submit. Spots will be filled through a lottery system. This way it gives everyone an equal chance as there are so many trying to get in. I will draw 10-15 names each day (starting on 3/2 and posting those names to facebook as you then can expect a call that day. Facebook will be updated daily.

Because space is VERY limited, spots are not guaranteed to all that fill out the form.
Once sessions are full I will post FULL next to that session.
Once your class has been assigned, print the registration form. (SEE LINK BELOW) and mail to me with the $10.00 (per child, per session) non refundable registration fee by check. The address where to mail is on the top of the form.
The remaining balance of $80.00 cash per child will be due on the 1st day of lessons in a enclosed envelope with child's name attached. I only accept cash during the spring and summer sessions.
