Each time she has taken a crying, panicked and scared kid and taught them to swim, all the while being patient and firm and explaining to the child what they are going to do (and to me why). I think I‘ve seen her teach 100 kids, at least. She is always concerned with the children learning to stay safe above all, and she is very observant. So she is great at seeing what each individual child needs and teaching them accordingly. It is almost unbelievable what she can accomplish with these kids in five swim lessons.
